All Diamond Studded Jewellery in gold purchased from an Vanshi outlet may be exchanged for any other product at the outlet where purchased or at any authorised Vanshi showroom, on the following conditions:

Buyback Policy

• Buyback shall be 90% of MRP value for lifetime if the buyback is product to product. In other words, if customers choose one design of the same value or higher he shall get 90% of MRP credit for the same.
   
• Buyback shall be 83% of MRP value for lifetime if the buyback is product to cash. In other words if customer chooses cash for the buyback, then he shall get 83% of MRP value of the Buyback product in cash.
   
• No buyback is possible if product is tampered with and/or altered in any manner.
   
• No buyback is possible if product is bought under special scheme
   
• No other scheme will be clubbed at the time of buyback.
   
• No buyback is possible unless product under buyback is accompanied by sales invoice and certificate of authenticity.

Exchange Policy

• Vanshi is providing 95% exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase of Vanshi Diamond Jewellery.
   
• Exchange is only allowed against same or higher value MRP product.
   
• Exchange will be available one time only.
   
• Exchange will be available only from store or outlet wherein it is purchased.
   
• No exchange is possible product is bought under special scheme.
   
• No other scheme will be clubbed at the time of exchange.
   
• No exchange is possible unless product under exchange is accompanied by sales invoice and certificate of authenticity.
