Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

When will your order be processed?

To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll notice an estimated arrival date listed in the product details for each item. This is the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. For some products, the arrival date is listed in the details. For others, your shipment destination will determine your arrival date.

For those items, you can determine your arrival date by using the "When will it arrive?" link. For all products, if you place your order before 3 PM Indian Standard Time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. For example, if before 3 PM Indian Standard Time you order an item that has same day shipping, it will ship the same day. If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM Indian Standard Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

On an average it will take 8 – 10 days for you to receive your package from the date of receipt of payment.

Delivery Details
Your order delivery method is determined by the price of your order (before tax). You'll find your method of free shipping listed on the Shipping Information page within the shopping basket. If you are offered free delivery, we provide the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method for a small fee.

Shipping to North Eastern States [NES Orders]

Because NES orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. Vanshi ships all NES orders via Indian Speed post and guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate processing center within 2-4 days. From that point on, we depend on the postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you are already familiar with sending packages to NES postal addresses, you can probably expect your Vanshi order to arrive in about the same amount of time.

Shipment of Jewellery
Your item will be placed in either a tasteful blue velvet bag, or in a blue velvet jewelry box tucked inside the distinctive Vanshi gift box. Select items will arrive in distinctive lacquered wooden boxes.
